Sam is one of the 150 children currently at the Bresma orphanage in Haiti. Their home was devastated by the earthquake and deemed unsafe. These children are currently living with their 2 caretakers, some wonderful young women from PA, in the front yard of their house. Many of them were in the final stages of being adopted by US families. The situation is dire - the majority of these children are under the age of 4. They have very little, if any, remaining food and clean water. They need diapers, medical supplies, and shelter. They need prayers. They need a miracle.
Plans are currently underway to help get these kids out and reunited with their families. If you want to help, please visit the Kentucky Adoption Services website at:
Please be sure to mention the BRESMA orphanage, and thank you for any way you can help.
