Please Help...

Normally this blog features photos I have taken myself - pictures of the special events I have been able to be a part of as a photographer. The photo below is not one of my own - it is a photo taken by someone I do not even know. The family in the photo is my Cousin , his wife, daughter, and adopted daughter, Samantha. The photo was taken on one of their visits to see Sam in Haiti, as they are going through the adoption process.

Sam is one of the 150 children currently at the Bresma orphanage in Haiti. Their home was devastated by the earthquake and deemed unsafe. These children are currently living with their 2 caretakers, some wonderful young women from PA, in the front yard of their house. Many of them were in the final stages of being adopted by US families. The situation is dire - the majority of these children are under the age of 4. They have very little, if any, remaining food and clean water. They need diapers, medical supplies, and shelter. They need prayers. They need a miracle.
